Grant Thornton sponsors the 11th Corporate Social Responsibility conference

Grant Thornton Cyprus sponsored the 11th Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Conference which was held on July 6th, at the Hilton Park Hotel, Nicosia.
The conference was attended by more than 250 professionals from various fields. The participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest local and international CSR and Sustainability practices.
Grant Thornton was represented by Dimitrios Chioureas, Assurance Senior Manager, during the conference’s roundtable discussion. Mr. Chioureas, stressed the importance of asking and implementing suggestions that come from employees. In addition, he gave practical examples from Grant Thornton Cyprus, such as the flexible working hours scheme and the ‘Casual Friday with a cause’, practices that were adopted following suggestions by Grant Thornton people.
