We prize diversity and equality highly and we have in place initiatives that contribute to the benefit of all our people and the society.
Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing committee
As part of our commitment to continue to nurture an environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, we have put together a Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing committee. The committee is made up of 6 colleagues and every possible effort is made so that the team represents the diversity of our Firm in terms of service lines, levels, office etc.
The members of the committee are acting on behalf of all colleagues, and through their actions they are promoting and influencing an inclusive and equality driven culture. Working as a team, to assess ideas and suggestions, bringing innovative ways of thinking and broader perspective to the table for discussion and consideration, communicating feedback, and identifying solutions to overcome any obstacles that get in the way of achieving our D&I mission.
The initiatives focus on ensuring equal development opportunities as well as ensuring the same people experience for everyone; more specifically it includes the following:
- provide ideas for relevant trainings and awareness raising programs
- evaluate the impact of, and assist in the coordination of, various D&I actions and events
- actively challenge and address barriers to D&I taking necessary actions in the event a complaint comes to the attention of the committee on behalf of a colleague. No employee should experience discrimination and/or unfair treatment.
Culture Advisory Board (CAB)
As part of our commitment of cultivating a winning culture we have introduced the Culture Advisory Board (CAB).
CAB consists of 8 "ambassadors" working together with our CEO, with the aim to lead change, communicate feedback and explore ideas and suggestions on behalf of all colleagues. CAB is committed in overcoming obstacles that may hinder positive change.
