A new learning centre bringing practical, expert led training to professionals and businesses across Cyprus
Grant Thornton Cyprus announces the launch of Grant Thornton Skills Lab, a new vocational training centre designed to equip professionals and businesses with practical skills and knowledge to respond to an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving business environment.
Drawing on the expertise of Grant Thornton professionals and specialists, Grant Thornton Skills Lab brings together practical training programmes across areas that are shaping the future of business, from Artificial Intelligence and sustainability to compliance, risk, cybersecurity and leadership.
The initiative has been developed with a clear focus on practical application. Through open training programmes, seminars and workshops, as well as tailored training solutions for individual businesses, Grant Thornton Skills Lab aims to bridge the gap between emerging business challenges and the skills professionals need to address them in practice.
Commenting on the launch, Monica Odysseos, AI & Data Lab Leader who is also leading this initiative at Grant Thornton Cyprus, said: “The pace of change is not slowing down for any of us, and the skills that matter shift with it. Through Grant Thornton Skills Lab, we are bringing the knowledge and experience of our specialists into a learning environment where professionals can explore new developments, understand what they mean for their organisations and, most importantly, apply them in their everyday work. Our ambition is not to teach this year’s answers. It is to build the adaptability that outlasts them.”
