The AI and Data Lab at Grant Thornton Cyprus is where the firm turns artificial intelligence and data into something practical. Founded in 2024, we are a small and fast-moving team that builds AI solutions, business intelligence dashboards and data solutions used across the firm and by our clients. An internship with us is a chance to do that work yourself, alongside the people who do it every day.

 

What you will actually do

From your first week you are part of the team, not a bystander. Interns work on live projects: building dashboards that turn messy data into clear decisions, prototyping AI tools and proofs of concept, exploring natural language processing, and supporting our advisory work on responsible AI, including the EU AI Act. You will write code, test ideas, present your work, and join our internal brAInstorming sessions where the whole team experiments with whatever is new in AI.

 

Who we are looking for

We value genuine curiosity more than a perfect CV: people who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable getting hands on with data and tools, and want to learn quickly. The internship runs through Erasmus+, the EU's education and mobility programme, so your university funds your costs while you are with us.
