Michael is a Tax Partner in our office in Nicosia, leading the firm’s Transfer Pricing services. Bringing 25 years of professional experience, he specializes in advising both local and multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, transfer pricing compliance, and international tax structuring.
Michael began his career at PwC, where he spent several years gaining deep experience in corporate and personal tax matters, before joining Nexia Poyiadjis as Tax Partner and Head of Tax. Over the course of his career, he has led a wide range of domestic and international engagements, transfer pricing projects, and cross-border restructurings across various industries.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from University College London (UCL) and an M.Sc. in Finance and Investment from Brunel University. Michael is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), where he actively contributes to professional tax committees and industry developments.
