George is the partner in charge of our office in Limassol and an assurance partner. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC). He has a First Class B.Sc. in Accounting with Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick.
George has extensive experience in auditing of organizations across a variety of industries, as well as considerable experience in personal and corporate taxation. During his time with Grant Thornton Cyprus he has also undertaken a number of international assignments including audits, tax planning exercises and financial due diligence. He was also an active member of the ICPAC's Committees on International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing and was a member of the international quality control team for Grant Thornton International Ltd.
