Phryni is a Partner lading our People, Relocation and Family Office Services at Grant Thornton Cyprus.
She is a fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. She holds an MA in Management Studies from Essex University and an MSc in Human Resource Development from Western Maryland College (USA). She also holds STEP Advanced Certificates in Business Family Governance, Advising Family Businesses and Trust Law and Creation.
She has started her career with PwC Cyprus, being part of the team that set up the HR/ People Advisory Practice. For years, she was advising local and international clients on an A-Z spectrum of human resources, such as learning and development, reward, change management, performance management. She also set up and led the talent acquisition services for clients.
She then moved on to set up and lead the Relocation/ Immigration service line of the firm, leading large corporate relocations into Cyprus supporting clients set up presence in Cyprus and relocate staff with their families. She worked extensively with HNWIs from all around the world, advising and supporting them and their families make Cyprus their home. She was part of the team that set up the Family Office Services.
Phryni is a regular guest speaker in conferences and a contributor of articles and other thought leadership material in her spaces, and on Cyprus as a preferred EU jurisdiction for businesses and families.
